POSITION OVERVIEW

The Affiliate Manager is mission-critical role, focused on growing a large affiliate network through the US and rest of world. This person will be responsible for building a deep understanding of lead generation for Mediavo products and the day-to-day operations of managing our affiliate partners and relationships. This position will be responsible for growing and optimizing each affiliate relationship through a combination of strategic initiatives and daily execution. In addition, this position is responsible for prospecting for new affiliate accounts. The ideal Affiliate Manager is confident, tenacious, creative, and has a knack for focusing on and aggressively pursing growth opportunities.

Primary duties include:

  • Growth and management of Mediavo’s affiliate network. Keeps finger on the pulse of the network with a keen eye for trends in performance data and through daily interaction with affiliate partners.
  • Owns all steps of the affiliate management lifecycle (prospecting, onboarding, growth, issue resolution, administration, etc…)
  • Uses data to drive optimization decisions on strategies, pricing and creative.
  • Strong relationship management skills. Builds a deep understanding of affiliates business in order to identify opportunities to create more value.

CANDIDATE OVERVIEW

The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident person with at least:

  • 2- 4 years experience in performance based marketing
  • Strong relationship management track record
  • Uses acronyms such as CPA, CPI, and CPM on a daily basis.
  • Experience analyzing conversion rates, acceptance rates, failure rates, bounce rates, and other common marketing KPI’s
  • Proficient with Excel (Pivot tables, Data Visualization, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)
  • Excellent interpretive skills, allowing the candidate to understand and make recommendations to amplify the business
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
